I’m an expressionist seascape photographer and digital artist living in Mauritius.

My art is about 3 things: connection (between the earth and us), regeneration (of the earth and ourselves) and colour therapy (inspired by the palettes of the ocean, the sky and the clouds).

I am always inspired by the ocean, by sunsets and sunrises, by the scattering in the clouds. I believe we create a connection between the earth and ourselves when we stop to admire what nature offers us every day. There's a form of regeneration that takes place, of the earth, and of our commitment to her, when we realise that our survival is interdependent. We can't help but feel reverence when she shows her beauty to us.

My pieces encompass form manipulation, colour blending and colour therapy. Depending on my mood, I use very vibrant hues to create energy or cool hues to create calm and stillness. I use abstract strokes to create a feeling of movement with form and texture.

In 2019, I won “Best Contemporary Fine Art Photographer” in the Middle East and Africa.

I have exhibited physical and digital artworks in Australia, China, South Africa, Germany, Malta, Mauritius, Belgium and the US.
